I always imagined him as a drunker version of my dad (no small feat) and a little younger.  The guy posted fits the bill exactly.

I think that the picture of Frederick(s) from  "Yes - New Port Richey Tom!" is really great.  If there's a ponytail hiding back there, it's perfect.

Does anyone else want Frederick(s)to replace Spike?  Now that Spike seems to actually kind of get the show, the fun's over for me.
