I was disappointed by that record as well.  It seemed to combine some of the worse aspects of both those guys (who could each vary wildly from great to terrible).

LCD Soundsystem's cover of "Jump Into the Fire." It's a surprisingly good fit, especially considering the disparity in vocal ability between Nilsson and the LCD Soundsystem dude.
