I am not ashamed to admit that I like the Fountains of Wayne quite a bit! I love really good, simple power-pop and they're masters of the craft. AND they're also named after a very obscure North Jersey reference point.

Anyways, this is a video for "Hey, Julie" some guy made. I don't know who this person is but it's a really great video. It's very funny and sweet at once, particularly if you're a dog lover like me.

I like the album this is from, "Welcome Interstate Managers". Lots of great pop songs on there, although I could do without "Stacy's Mom". Ewww.

I don't really know any other Fountains of Wayne.

Just found a blog with a near-complete collection of NME cassette rips. Pretty fantastic, and full of surprises. Like, that track one on this seems to be smooth jazz! Though it might be some form of proto-acid-jazz of which I am unaware. It's certainly more listenable than CD 101.9.
