The June 30th show, around the 2:46 mark, a guy called in with a You Know Who You Look Like (a cross between Blair Underwood and Arsenio Hall - one of maybe three of these topic contributions that lent itself to an interesting exchange) AND a Going South story about driving 120mph across Indiana, getting pulled over, telling the cop his sister's sick (complete with her fake convulsing), then having to accept a police escort to a nearby hospital THEN getting the ticket.  Named by Tom as CALLER OF THE SHOW.

That man's name is Mike from Brooklyn, the same man who called in about the Jet magazine heist, and my nomination for Caller of the Year AND Rookie of the Year.

Oh, and thanks for making me put off actually getting some work done to research this crap.  GOOD DAY, SIR.

That guy usually brings it - I'd forgotten his name (I'm terrible with names), but he has a very memorable voice. I seem to also remember him telling a story about a homeless guy asking if he was related to a certain woman, who in fact was the caller's mother or aunt or something, strictly based on appearance.

I just hope that Larry the Perv doesn't show up umpteen times tonight. I thought he was funny when he called maybe once back in the day. I guess the humor of his "character" only goes so far. Maybe some time in the meat locker will do him some good.

Other than that, the six hour show was awesome! Fortunately my job allows for me to listen to podcasts. A six hour best show definitely eats away the monotony.

Tonight's show was excellent, but when Fredricks first called, and asked if he had to press one or two for Amy or Todd, and then paused while Tom said something, and hit a number on his phone had me cracking up. I can't remember the last time I laughed that hard.
