My employer blocks access to certain non-work related sites (youtube, myspace, etc...) with a program called Websense.

WFMU is one of the sites blocked.

Anyone know a workaround?

try using the actual ip address of FMU in the browser

youtube i havent figured out how to get around, but i find that myspace works as long as i dont use the direct link.  i'll google, "best show, profile" and i get the profile link that i can access (as long as i dont have to log in).

at any rate, i wish i could help with WFMU, but i hope this got some gears turning.  yesno seems very tech/computer saavy, he may have some sage advice.

The attached file is the .pls edited to use the IP address instead of mp3stream.wfmu.org.  See if it works.  Rename the attached file to .pls from .txt.

(It's the 32 kbps stream, open it in whatever streaming radio program, Quicktime, VLC, whatever.)
