Even though I could only bare to watch 5 minutes of you.  Once.   I'm sure you'll be missed...by someone...somewhere.

In the past year or so, without watching it, I've declared publicly that I like MadTV better than SNL.

It really has been better than SNL this season.

Since cost is always a factor, perhaps Fox needs to combine sketch-comedy with a reality show format.

I'm thinking either a Palin/McCain Variety Show.

or

Something in the vein of Cops meets Wife Swap.  But instead of trading wives, the cops trade places with tweekers.   They don't have to give them guns, that would be stupid, just tasers and concussion grenades.

Every week during the summer they should have Frank Caliendo interpret Hubert Selby's The Room as a different famous fat guy.

At the beginning MadTV was worth tuning into just like SNL is now. You never knew if it was going to be funny but it was worth checking out if you were home for the night. That's why I'm excited to see if they put a new sketch comedy show on or something similar to bring something fresh to the table that's worth tuning into. They'll probably just bump the Spike Feresten show up an hour and show reruns of 24 or something after it.

Looks like Bob Elliott's granddaughter was just added to the SNL cast.  Anyone know much about her?

Cracked was relaunched as basically a group blog, and it is actually pretty great.
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.
