Can I veto Julie as ROTY on the grounds of being a Bad Santa?

But it's coming! I can tell you what it is, if that helps. I even added something extra to make up for being late. It's a special book I know you will enjoy.

Still nothing? Come on, Julie. It's going to be warm outside soon.

Oh, come on! I already publicly shamed myself a few weeks ago when I finally sent it! I feel bad.

And, for future reference, I prefer freezing to burning and a giant field of ice to a golden hell.

Hmm, hell is supposed to be a punishment, so no devil worth its salt would pay heed to Julie's preferences, but she knows that, of course, so maybe this is a double fake, and she really does prefer ice to a "golden hell" (burnished with fire, I guess).  But then it could be a double reverse fake, and she may prefer a "golden hell" after all.  I just don't know!  My head is spinning, and I think the best thing to do is not to wish Julie any kind of hell at all but instead to recognize her earlier apology for the tardiness of her FOTmas present, let that matter drop, and vote for her as rookie of the year.  Or most delusional caller.  Or whatever you choose.  Or nothing.

Saddest Call:  Jason from North Jersey ("put you in my pocket")

Best Best Show Scrivener:  I feel that Omar still has it but I feel that Buffcoat deserves a nod.

bonus category:

My two nominees for Best Host of the Best Show are Tom Scharpling and the H-Man.

Here is the Michael K from the Cynics Heave Ho.

This one is pretty good, but I'm not sure if it is Best Show Award material. The Frank from Weehauken Halloween Candy Heave Ho is worthy I think.

That should totally be a category.  I'm still disappointed Tom didn't give himself that lifetime achievement award last year.  That's a speech I want to hear!

Also, I nominate Eenie-Meenie-Miney-Murder for Outstanding Episode.

I assume Tom will be competing directly against the Mike Show Awards, where Larry the Perv is expected to clean up (probably the only time that's ever been said of him).

Huge props to all of you who've suggested stuff, sent me stuff, helped me find stuff - especially MasterofSparks and Omar who've each sent me about 20 PMs in the last two days.  You guys are the best!  Also thanks to Spacepope for offering to pitch in with the audio editing. If we'd have had more time to coordinate who recorded what, I definitely would have taken you up on that, as my ear for audio is uh... well, I guess we'll find out.  Next year, Spacepope!

Pending final confirmation from the Kid, the list of nominations is set.
Thanks to youse guys, this show's gonna be a big fat W - or my name ain't Nathan Arizona!

Aw, I feel like whoever got nominated against Gandhi - it truly is an honor to be mentioned, even though I know the little bald dude (though I have no idea about Omar's hair status) will always kick my ass.  Thanks, yesno, for recognizing my little contribution to the Newbridgeverse.  And Omar rules, as always.
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!
