Help Homeless Animals - 2009 Edition
« on: February 19, 2009, 09:49:14 AM »
Hi! I'm back pandering for charity again :)

Some friends and I are doing the March for the Animals again this year for the SPCA - last year, through the generous help of Tom, Ted Leo, some of my friends and other FOT's, I raised over $1,000! (My "march team" was the 5th highest fundraiser in the state)

Here's a link to my donation page if you'd like to contribute!

http://www.marchfortheanimals.kintera.org/crlygrl

* $11 pays for one feline leukemia test
* $25 vaccinates 20 dogs for kennel cough
* $43 provides flea treatment and heartworm protection for a dog
* $100 spay surgery for a cat
* $300 pays for an animal’s care at our adoption center until it is adopted. Includes vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, food, and care.

Couldn't contribute as much as I'd like too, but at least one more kitty can get a feline leukemia test.  Good luck on reaching the goal, Erika.

when im looking for an animal, i do one of two things: go to the pound or wait for one of them to find their way to my parking lot/front door.

it never fails.

I would suggest buying some kind of a designer mixed-breed dog.  Like a puggle or a cockerpoo.

Rule #1 of pets:  You get what you pay for.

Certainly, you paid a bundle for Professor Murder.
