I shaved my head down to a quarter inch a couple days ago and it's the first time I've had a new hairstyle since 10th grade other than growing it out for a couple months. My hair doesn't do long very well because it's so thick.

This reminds me of the time my father decided to bet his friend that he (my dad) could lose 15 pounds quicker than the he (the other guy) could gain 15 pounds. The other guy won the bet, but he didn't, you know, win.

I'm trying for this too.  The beard is nice and formidable but I'm still torn.

I have hellacious sideburns, but for some reason my facial hair is even, but not thick enough to have a good beard.

Nah, I'm a guy.  I really don't mind, however.  It's nice having less to shave.
