Cage's best role is in Face Off, a film ahead of it's surgical time.
I hope WFMU got paid well, those movie crews can trash a place.

Face/Off is good, but both Snake Eyes and Con-Air are better.

Having never before seen either the original or the remake of The Wicker Man, this clip was surprising. What the hell is that movie about??? Trailers are so misleading.

I've never seen either Wickerman, but I guess Nicholas is a cop trying to find his daughter and by attempting to do so gets killed by a whack of bees. It seems like he punches a lot of women in this movie, weird.

Cage/Woodward is a cop trying to find a missing girl (not his daughter) in a community whose inhabitants, he gradually discovers, are practicing pagans.  Various things happen.  It turns out he was lured there on purpose to be the annual sacrifice, and in the end he is burned up in a great big man made of wicker.

The original is pretty good; the remake is awful.

Cage in Con Air sports the coolest mullet evah! Dog the Bounty Hunter can only wish his looked that good.

How does the public get Tom Cruise to quit? Bombing movies and late night talk show jokes don't seem to slow him down.

If think it would be a way better gift to society.

I wonder if he still wants to be the lead in The United States of Dutch.

Actually, it doesn't look that terrible for a modern-day wizard action movie starring Nic Cage and Alfred Molina.

Don't miss the stupid hat at 2:08!
