as i work my way forward, I've noticed there are a number of early shows unavailable for one reason or another--usually because they contain stuff later released on a S&W CD.

here's a brief list of currently unavailable shows for as far as I've worked my way through the archives top date (thanks to Buffcoat's Newbridgtionary for identifying the reason for un-archiving in many cases). Any hope that these are out there someplace, for chronicling purposes?

Should also have the first third or so of 2002 posted very soon.
