I didn't get to eat lunch. But I did eat some peanut butter crackers around 2 pm, so it sorta was my lunch. It was a crappy lunch, then.

Black beans, brown rice, ranchero sauce and srirhachi. I made a pound of dried black beans and a pound of dried lima beans so I'll be eating these for awhile.

A banana. I spent most of the afternoon at the Pittsburgh Penguins victory parade, so I didn't get to eat a proper lunch.

Baked egg white "quiche" with spinach, turkey bacon and mushrooms. Little cheddar on top. Pretty tasty!

A glass of water. I'm having trouble eating anything because the pizza I ate last night burned the roof of my mouth. It's very painful.
