I assume she is timing a pregnancy so that new little baby Brillo can be suckling as she is giving stump speeches.

She's going to cash in over the next two years with her book deals and countless jaunts on the rubber chicken circuit. She's isn't going anywhere, unfortunately.

I know she told Andrea Mitchell that she's done with politics for good, but we all know that's a bald faced lie. She'll be back in 2012 to torment us further.

Seeing Pawlenty in action for the past however many years, the Republicans are in a sad state of affairs if these are the two morons they're running. I don't get how real conservatives can still call this their party. I guess I have similar thoughts about liberals but not to this extreme.

Today, I discovered the (soon to be) ex-governor's twitter page.

And I have become mesmerized by that page's hallucinatory and messianic background image, which is best appreciated in high-resolution glory. Due to weird photoshoppery and pixilation, the profile view of Sarah's sheaf of papers appears to be some type of deadly spork gun.

Thanks, man. I was looking for some new desktop wallpaper.

I'm sure she resigned because CBS has secretly offered her Letterman's job as a settlement.

In Maureen Dowd's column in the NY Times this weekend, http://www.nytimes.com/2009/07/05/opinion/05dowd.html, she posits that Sarah Palin is a raging case of narcissistic personality disorder.

Among other things. I'm no psychiatrist, and while I admire Ms. Dowd, I'm inclined to read her columns with a very large salt shaker sitting next to me, but that analysis kind of makes sense to me.

The clowns who hate on Obama claim he's a narcissist, too.

Personally I think good ole crazy applies in this case. Also, you want to be a politician and you can't stand people saying mean stuff about you? Good luck w/ that. If you can't deal w/ criticism, you got no business there.
