I'm seriously considering driving up for this. It will hinge on whether the cost of transportation and lodging will fit into my budget. If I can make it work, I'll be there.

Its very close. Less than 30 minutes by car, about the same by train. Two stops to Newark Penn then 4 stops to Exchange Place or wherever you might be staying.



Yes, yes, I totally forgot that the NJT train stops at NWK and has for years.  And I've taken it to the airport multiple times and have been passing it on the way to work three times a week for the past six years.  Obviously my brain is trying to tell me that I am not ready to go back to work.
