I'm pretty sure he meant to say "plucking" but still...

This kind of makes me want to move to NYC and never miss the late night news.

Ha! The look on his co-anchor's face is priceless.

Nor is it the first time that that word has been uttered by a NYC news anchor.

Ernie Anastos' F-bomb was entertaining, but it does not hold a candle to the Sue Simmons F-bomb of May 2008 (posted above).  The vitriol in her voice is astounding.  To this day, I wonder what Chuck the fuck Chuck Scarborough was doing.

He just apologized just now for 'misspeaking' last night. The other anchors looked unconvinced.

(Am I wrong for thinking the female anchor is hot?)

That's what Ernie said, isn't it?

It is! That was her in the fitness segment, which is why she sounded even more uncomfortable when he was all, "Daaaamn! Lookin' good, babe!"
Too soon?

Why did he apologize? I'm all for more profanity on local tv news.

Nick's headshake and hand gesture to the cameraman is killing me! He might as well have said, "Can you believe this idiot?"

I hadn't noticed this until you pointed it out. I just rewound it three times and lost it each time.
I'll probably go into the wee hours.
