I missed a face between Ted Leo and (probably) Julie Klausner. In between those two is a dude wearing a goofy smile and a bowtie, and a red jacket ... perhaps a bellboy jacket? Maybe this is a reference to Tom's recent habit of singing "Bellboy" from Quadrophenia?

43 is Reggie Monroe.  I think that red thing on his head is not a visor, but a Survivor "buff."

Also, if you look at the Great Neil Numberman's first Best Show poster in 08, you can more easily match names to faces.

Oh, I think the big guy behind that Superchunk Drummer is Horse from Jock Squad.  But I'm not 100%.
If I tried, I could probably make at least six figures for shaking my moneymaker.

Is 10.5 Barry Dworkin rather than the Billyburg guy "Trapped by his own existence"?

I'm positive you're right about this one.

I assumed he'd already been identified!

Seeing this fills me with happiness. The mouse in the cape would have been all it took really, but Neil, you've made something that truly represents and resonates. Win. Win. Win. Thank you for making and sharing this. You possess and are master of your fine and unique talent but you are also a "good-deed-doer" of the highest order. Did I say "WIN!"?

Just noticed that Karl the Soundboard Repairman has the same face as PBR.

This makes sense (not really) because Karl is PBR's step-cousin.
