'Drummer at' sounds kind of like Facebook phrasing. 'Comptroller at Consolidated Cardboard'. Somebody got lazy with the cut-n-paste.

Good for JW- sticking up for the working man. Anybody who has ever worked a service related job knows how obnoxious and entitled some customers can be. You just know some slob took the delay as an opportunity to abuse the flight attendants.
