Cheap Time is on the bill.  They are not terrible.

You are right. They were good last night too.

I bet the Brooklyn show was filled with a bunch of jaded hipsters that refused to dance.

There was some ass-shaking going on at the Greenpoint show. I had a blast.

It was great meeting Jed and Emily. They were really nice guys.

I had a great time at the Bowery show. The highlight was when some drunken spazz came up to me and tried to put me in a headlock (he was trying to use my body as leverage to kick random people in the head, of course) and subsequently got dropped on his ass by yours truly. It was so satisfying.

"Guys" isn't gender neutral? My apologoes.

Jed was a great guy and Emily was a stand-up madam, who was obviously a girl.

Emily is a madam?  She seems so nice!
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.

I don't think stand-up madams are very funny, but then again I've never seen one outside a burlesque house.

It was great to meet you Emily.

I thought the Bowery show was tonight. I have egg on my face and people are pissed that I made plans to go to this phantom show with them tonight. I am resigning my post as Minister of Fun. I cannot facilitate my duties in any capacity in this state.

I am shocked by this revelation of prejudice, Jasong.

Prejudice against Madams?  I'm sure that many of them are "nice," but you know, they're paid to be.  Don't they all really have hardened, steely hearts?

EDIT: except for Dolly Parton in The Best Little Whorehose in Texas, who has a heart of genuine gold.

Were you standing, say, back-center of the mosh pit? With a few others? If so I believe I saw this incident, I was standing a few rows behind you. Like FOT in the night.

That is exactly where I was. One of my friends said it was the highlight of the show.
