The Garrison Keiller impression killed me.

Oh my Lord Zach has reached a new low with his opinion of Jim Morrison.

Listen, up until I was in my mid-teens I thought Jim Morrison was brilliant.  Then I turned 15 and got some perspective and realized he was a boring, pretentious pseudo-intellectual with no actual talent.  No wonder Zilch loves him.  Ugh.

Off to a fantastic start with the Russian coach/Pink Floyd riff!

Yeah, another unusual choice was music from a horror movie about murdered ballet dancers

Q: Could anything have been better than Tom slowly fading in Bad Company's "Bad Company" over talking callers?

A: No. Nothing could have.

Yeah, my wife and I were really laughing at this. Inspired.

Garrison Keillor as Jim Morrison singing Riders on the Storm?  I laughed so hard I almost got ill.  And laughed even harder when Tom started laughing.  BRILLIANT
Sounds like someone was working as a conduit for nature's natural vengeance.  Just like Jesus.  And some of the others.

Z from MH getting bad company'ed was so satisfying while he was droning on about his weird conspiracy-theory politics....

The thing is, his theories aren't really weird so much as they're based on absolutely nothing at all. They're almost generic.

Yes, excellent point.  They are almost beyond cliche even.  If he is trolling us hard that would be an amazing final reveal.

At this point, that would be the best possible outcome. I doubt it, though.

Hearing Zach's calls makes me glad I didn't have the Best Show to call into when I was 17.

Well Jason, we've seen Newbridge unstuck in time, so you never know what kind of time-traveling antics could occur...especially in this epic year of 2012 as Hodgman has proclaimed...

Yep, I've wondered a few times when he's been particularly tedious. I mean, what'd he say on Tues, something about "Jim would've led The Revolution"?
Remember how he couldn't stop his leg?

Jim Morrisson and Chris Christie would start a revolutionary movement whose members would be nicknamed the 'Sans-a-belts'. Otherwise I don't see it.

I'm a few weeks behind, but dear lord, Mark Twain Jr. might be the funniest nickname ever.

Charles Dinkins "Great Expectation"

"Auditioning for the 'How I Met Your Mother' studio audience"

And Tom being a respectful, but confused member of the Gotham football audience.

Oh wow, great show this week!

All I know is that Redbone will have to find a way to shoe horn in "What's your pleasure?" to rhyme with "One man's trash is another man's treasure."
