Interesting stuff about the Four (sic?) Day Creep:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080926051153AAakCf8

According to this music scholar, it's 'fore day creep and it comes from Ida Cox and then Humble Pie.

If it's on Yahoo Answers it must be true

I'd like to note that Nathan Fielder and Mike Birbiglia have the same voice. Thanks for reading this.

That whole Yankees call that turned into a Yankees call because of a twitter handle. That's the master at work.

Also Jello Icarus.

This Chicago-based poet who had a Jim Morrison lyrics book at her ready is the worst part of the show since Mit Hamine.

Everything else was great. Gary/Kurt is the best always. So is Jelloman.

Worst, the Yankees meat-head's call. Typical sports radio dork allowing his buttons to be pushed in an innocuous conversation.

Best, Tom passionately calling out Jay-Z's douche-baggery and his vision of the Barclay Ctr in the near future: a dumpy cookie-cutter arena.

Special chee-koo: Mike bringing Tom the Big Star cd w/o being commanded to do.
Vandalism! Sick vandalism! When I get my hands on the little punks I'm gonna hang them by their Buster Browns!

Greg Cartwright does deserve at least half of Jay-Z's money.

If there were any justice in this world, Greg Cartwright would own a sports franchise.

Luxury Rap songs about owning a condo on the rings of Saturn. And Cronuts. (Tom workshopping ideas with PunkNews. I think he gave another name on the phone, but I'd like to think that his name is PunkNews).

... whoever this dude is, he's definitely taken a few pages out of the Wesley Willis playbook. I like what I'm hearing so far.

So I listened to the song by The Passionate & Objective Jokerfan that was mentioned by a caller near the end of the show--"Tom Scharpling Has a Sharp Comedic Mind, Oh Yeah!" He has other celebrity songs in the same vein. I agree with the sentiment, but the song itself isn't memorable. I found a little bit about him online...he just records numerous short songs and puts them up online. Clearly he's trying to be discovered by people searching for something else, but I wonder if he's making any money off of his music.

So is Jelloman.

Oh yeah. The guy is hysterical. One of these years somebody may actually be able to quote a single funny or incisive thing he's said.
