i do this.  it works especially well for ending telemarketing/collection calls and heated arguments over the phone.

"Get Off My Phone" was coined by some other old radio guy, so maybe Tom just  decided to make his own original.

I actually enjoy heave-ho.  The first time Tom actually heaved a caller ho is one of the funniest moments of the past few shows.  As things stand now, I think a disgusted "Heave-Ho!" cannot be upgraded.  Unless you add the thunk and splash of walking the plank.

I don't know if anybody has watched Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling on CMT (I'm not sure why you would, I only did because I hate myself), but his extremely clunky catchphrase to eliminate contestants is, "You're a jabroni! Get out of my ring!" TRUE STORY!
