Also, too, let this be a warning to all you slow coaches:  next year, get your gifts out early so that you're less likely to be trumped by selfish bastards like Forrest.  Oh, their gifts will still outshine yours, but only in retrospect.  I'm feeling pretty damn smug right now, knowing that mine at least was delivered days ago.

i got a call at work saying my box was returned to me, "Undeliverable as Addressed" or some such noise.  when i get home i'll have to see what happened and send it overnite tomorrow morning.  everything that could have gone wrong with my gifts, has.

but i say, chin up! 

and...im crossing my fingers that when my santee gets their gifts, they will outshine Forrest's.  maybe?

I'm under about another half foot of snow this morning, with more on its way. I'd normally never dare to use this as any kind of excuse, but it's a widely known fact that Seattle doesn't know what to do when there is even an inch of snow, let alone 12.

So considering I got no mail delivery or pickup on Saturday, I'm kinda thinking today won't be any better. My Santee apparently has really shitty luck, given that they pulled me this year, arg.
