I had toenail narrowing surgery when I was 16.  It was awesome.

Nice!  Makes me really sorry I didn't have the foresight to keep a photographic record of my various nail woes.  Hell, I don't even have a nice pic of my traumatized finger after last year's mauling (not to mention one of the dog's mangled ear and throat--now that would have been the stuff of legend).
