Yeah! Thanks, hugman. I listened to it while sitting on my doughy ass, and loved it.

julie, shooting people is not a sport.*

i'm not planning to shoot anyone! IF I got a gun, it would be for protection. My more thoughtful plan is to learn martial arts for self defense, fitness, and a false sense of security. In the mean time, I've got other things for protection that aren't guns.

there it is, shoot them a roundhouse kick to the face!  but in all seriousness, i'll say it again, stay safe, Julie.

It isn't my fault that a crazy person became obsessed with me. The only way to stay safe is to be prepared for whatever kinds of things crazy stalkers do. And to move as soon as my lease expires.

i need a roommate!  and as far as i know, the neigborhood is a creep-free zone.  find a way to phoenix and youve got an escape from the ghoul thats making your life miserable.

and since this is the fitness thread, martial arts sounds like a good idea; it serves as two birds with one stone.

sorry to take the thread off track, everyone.  in light of being fit, tonite i am cooking dinner for friends and last nite i bought whole wheat pasta (lasagna), vegetables, more vegetables, and fruit.  im very excited for this healthy cuisine im making.

unfortunately, we are ending the nite with drinking, but im hitting the gym before i make dinner.  also, im pushing a new goal to do 3 miles (my current achievement) in less than 30 minutes.  the good news is that if i dont make my goal, a) there is always tomorrow and b) SATURDAY, APRIL 25TH=RELAY FOR LIFE and i'll be walking for cancer.

*i need a 'kicking cancer's ass' playlist, hugman.

I've moved to a lot of creep-free neighborhoods.  Shortly after I got there, people started saying they weren't creep-free anymore.  What's the deal with that?
I really don't appreciate your sarcastic, anti-comedy tone, Bro!

All our non creepy neighbors are never outside. We always have to interact with the creepy ones because we smoke and like to hang out on our porch. I wish the cool neighbors would come out too. It would give us some balance between them and the often toothless, manic, neck-tattoo-having loonies.

Yoga is great for people like us. All you have to do is show up, and the hour goes by fast as you follow along and try to keep up. There is stuff you can do, stuff you can't do, and you can always stop and lay down and take a break.

Find a place near your work and go on your lunch hour, everyday, and before long you will be fit. It worked for me and I am really lazy and could never motivate otherwise.

Uh-oh. No action on the fitness thread so far this weekend.  Don't undo all that work you've done all week this weekend now....
