Seriously, no joke, I think we've been watching (or not watching) Lou Dobbs go crazy before our eyes, on television.  Howard Beale in real life.

I rode my bike to Shane's Rib Shack, where I devoured 4 teriyaki chicken strips and a bowl of baked beans. With a refreshing Coke to drink.

This new burger joint just opened up couple of blocks away. Turns out they're pretty good! And they serve St Peter's!

One large can of sodium infused V8, one jelly doughnut from Dunkin Donuts that someone brought for "breakfast," the "meal" I forgot to eat today,  and one large iced coffee. I hate lunch.

I'm having a chopped salad with mixed greens, grilled chicken (garlicky!), green beans, cucumbers and slivered almonds. It's good but I could really go for a cheesesteak right about now.
