I saw a license plate down here in FL about a year ago that appalled me so much I almost drove off the road.

The word was - well, I'm not going to write it, but it's a four-letter anti-Semitic remark. How did THAT get by??

Today I saw

LUVGSUS

I was pissed that the white haired old lady driving that car cared more for Jesus than driving above 50 in the left lane.  I hate her now.

I think you are misinterpreting it; I believe the intended message is "LUV Going Slow; U Suck"

i wont hate on people who proclaim jesus as savior nearly as much as i hate on the people who still have Bush stickers on their car.

Yesterday I saw a New Mexico or Arizona license plate that said "Genius".  I'm assuming that this is a if you have to say it you probably aren't sort of scenario.
