We thought of many more tonight during dinner.  It's getting hard to narrow down....

Possibilities:

The ice skating song from Peanuts Christmas

"The Authority Song" by John Cougar Mellencamp

"Lucky Man"--ELP

"Parents Just Don't Understand"--Jazzy Jeff and Fresh Prince (imagined a goon showing up with a massive vintage ghetto blaster.  Plopping it on the ground.  Rolling up his sleeves and saying, "sorry man, this is just how the boss told me he wanted it to be..." pressing the button.  "Parents Just Don't Understand" kicks in.  Beatdown commences.)

"TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS"  Seriously.  Ucccch.

And the one that gave me the worst skeevies:

"FREE BIRD."  Think about it.  Talk about insult on top of insult on top of insult.  Horrors.

My suggestion is the track 'Jazz Police' by Leonard Cohen from his 'I'm Your Man' album.
I also envisage the clobbering taking place on an icy uphill path.

I can't decide what would be worse: a "adding insult to injury song," like "Desperado" or "Bungle in the Jungle," or something that spurred my assailant to even great levels of violence, like "Hit the Lights."

"Daddy's Song" would be the worst Nilsson-written song to be beaten up to. Especially if the lights were flashing the whole time like in this performance (which is one of my favorite things ever):
