I predict another underachieving, underwhelming season for my alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh.

I exempt only Dave from Knoxville and parts of Memphis from my loathing of all things Tennessee.  I didn't loathe N.C. State before but Facebook has cured me of that. 

Thus, it's like when Kentucky plays Duke in basketball: I just root for Hell to open up and swallow the stadium.

Not just the Vols: I'm kind of mad with the whole Inland South over the whole "only states voting less for Obama in 2008 than Kerry in 2004" thing.  Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, West Virginia and that other one.

Politics is dreary, though, so I should add that I root against the whole SEC these days.
