This is the only Lambchop I've ever listened to. What should I get next? I'm almost afraid to explore anything form the rest of their catalog 'cause can anything else even come close to this?
That's a great, great album. Martin's right -- Nixon should be next. My personal favorite is 'Is A Woman', their follow-up to Nixon. The two of them are nice bookends cause one is an all-over-the-place sprawler while the other is kind of quiet and sad. A little like YLT following 'I Can Hear The Heart Beating As One' with 'And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside Out'.
