My neighbor has been playing that Kid Rock song a lot lately.  It's pretty horrifying.  Kid Rock's talent really has gone down hill since Bawitdiba.  He showed such promise.

He's got that 'warrior' song in a National Guard promo bit they show before movies.  That bit got a lot of laffs at a recent Tropic Thunder showing, even from the dudes behind us wearing camouflage and 'ARMY' shirts, esp when the NASCAR guy comes on and says 'You can download this song for FREE!'.

I'm really enjoying the new "genius" feature in iTunes 8, as much as I hate the name. It works great.

The genius feature isn't terrible, but it seems to have an odd preoccupation with Minor Threat (even in response to things like Ted Leo or Yo La Tengo) and Mission of Burma (who I am, incidentally, missing seeing at the moment).
