"... and then there's like a baby penguin on it, giving life advice?!?

"Like, 'IF YOU BELIEVE IN IT, YOU CAN DO IT!'

"And I was like, I was like, 'You gotta be kidding me.'  I got a little penguin tellin' me how to work?"

Loved it when one of the younger lads that's been calling in lately mentioned something about doing his "Larry D. Perv accent" (not impression).

Can Larry's "accent" be pegged to any region, in particular? I know Morris from Berkeley was thinking Boston, but I don't think that's it.

I assumed it was meant to be a Brooklyn accent, but can't say for sure.

Larry has mentioned being from Brooklyn at least once that I can recall.

Tom asked what the worst Stephen King book is and without a doubt I say Dreamcatcher. It has all his worst tendencies plus alien creatures he dubs "shit weasels". Ugh.

When Vance said "This is very interesting. This is very interesting" during the alternate history of Genesis, I almost had a moment or several.

I like how he politely asks "Could you turn that up please?" several times.

James Cameron's Zork

Vance ranking Soft Machine albums.  Vance discussing prog rock in general.

Nick Offerman played a serious role in All Good Things. Terrible movie.

I like 12 year old Canadian Glenn Beck, myself.

We've got an abandoned electric wheelchair at the hackerspace, and the thing is pretty fast. You can make it peel out and do wheelies and so on. Not sure about Rascal Scooters, though.
