The "Touch Me" crescendo ending with "Hi, I'm Dennis!" and "Do you have puppy dawgs?" was incredible.

seconded. this sound collage was the best one yet and I'm a HUGE fan of the other ones. Tom, much like the Monkees, doesn't get enough credit for the weird things he does.
This one was very good, but the Lou Reed one is still my favorite.

That was a very emotional one.

I also really enjoyed in the Doors segment the Garrison Keillor poem, sort of a callback to Keillor doing "Riders on the Storm."

The Randy Savage / Hulk Hogan / Bebe run was solid gold.

Tom finally discovering the brilliance of Randy Savage was truly wonderful. He's one of those people who, whatever you think of wrestling, you have to say "Wrestling sucks, but that one guy is pretty cool."

Speaking of which, I really hope "Quiet, isn't it...George...Michael...Dolenz?" makes it's way into the collage at some point

I second this all the damn way. I've listened to this collage about four times. The Touch Me stuff destroys me every time. All around this might be where the new era of the Best show really hits its stride, especially after last week's episode with Julie.

Highlights include: Every bit about Macho Man, including Tom doing the "CREEEEEAM" promo (which is one of the greatest promos of all time), "You're talking to the guy that built the axe!", the Wheel of Crystal finding its perfect home within the sound collage, BEBE, Angus almost actually doing the Scott's Lawn line, "How do I get this show nominated for a Peabody?", the return of 80's Rick, Mike's list, the story about Jake Fogelnest cackling during Scream 3, "All I got is Mike...and the Dudio...starin' at me...I dunno where I'm going with this."
Wailin' the eff outta that vibraslap!

I'm bummed! Tom has really found his groove on the last few...now we have to wait until tomorrow morning! (I kid)
