I would be pleased to punch myself, too. Wait.Seriously, congratulations, DfK. You needed to do something somewhat unpleasant for your health and you effing did it. That's so much better than most of your fellow countrymen.
Congrats, Dave!I have lost 3 lbs since the beginning of the year. Not to blow my own horn or anything.
Not meaning to brag, but in my attempt to coax my liver out of it's near-catatonic state, I have, as of today, officially lost 50 pounds. At this rate, I will have to find a better scapegoat for my low self esteem than "really really fat'.
Apples! They're magic!

They're magic! They are - unfort, I don't eat them because they make me really bloated - I think it's all that fiber. I feel like a puffed up blowfish about 3 hours after I eat one.

Apples are incredible! My favorite are the milder granny smiths.I ate a banana before my 4 mile run this morning. Bad idear. Apparently they can make one...windy?I read that eating bagels while running is good. I tend to wonder at that, because bagels are really dry and could easily be choked on if eating while running.I have been trying to build up my iron (someone said something about it being important) by eating spinach. I really like spinach, but it's time to find some other iron-rich foods.
