As in Terminator 2? I've got one - after Arnold calls John Connor's house with John Connor's voice (the conversation about Wolfie), he hangs up and says:

I was going to nominate "I'm a loner, Dottie..." as the "It's over, Johnny..." of Pee Wee's Big Adventure, but I kept getting a busy signal. It's good that I didn't get through, though. My sprained ankle was pretty well-medicated at that point.
