Best:
  • It was a party! In the true spirit of Lopez Tonight.
  • Gary finding out he's Jewish, and then wanting a "Mike Sucks" themed Bar Mitzvah with the remaining members of BOC.
  • Jello Man gems like "Don't eat the licorice. They're actually erasers." "Let it deteriorate in your mouth." and "Two for tongue."
  • Tom advising Z-Man to make sure he isn't portrayed creepily in the Wally Wackiman documentary, warning specifically of Inception-style music swells or camera flash sounds whenever he appears in the trailer.
  • Darren stowing away in the rode cases of KISS, Kanye West, REM, Bob Seger, Tame Impala, One Direction, Two Directions (the X-rated boy band), and Kings of Leon.
  • Aimee & Ted's beautiful tribute to the Best Show.

Worst:
  • Duck/Brooke from B.C. giving Tom homework for her call.
  • Mike asking Gary if he was circumcised.
  • Spike big-timing Tom.

Worst: the last part of the show is cut off in the archive. Crashed a little early, now, I may never hear Larry's last call.

How dare you! You obviously know nothing about Judaism. I suggest you familiarize yourself with the Pentateuch.

Fredricks it did this last week to me. If you go to Itunes and listen to the whole show it should have the ending, at least last weeks was like that.

That Jen Kirkman call as brutal as Wally Wackiman's inability to do his own voice correctly. The teflon Elmo talk was creeping me out.

It worked! Thanks, Shades.

Here's a record cleaner who takes it to the next level from Fredericks' efforts with 1500 grit sandpaper and a lot of elbow grease:

The Ted/Aimee song was the first time it actually felt like the show is ending.  A powerfully bittersweet moment.

Glad you liked it.  It's refreshing to see some positivity towards Wally on the boards (or anywhere), when so often I see people offering nothing but cheap insults.  It was a wonderful time, all around, in the studio, especially being able to have a chance to speak as myself, as well, let alone in such Good Company (as opposed to the song bad callers are all too familiar with).
